The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Delha P.S. Case No. 264 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. In view of specific allegation of recovery of illicit liquor from the vehicle of the petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
