2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 262 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by three unknown persons and subsequently it has come that the deceased was killed in a road robbery.

4. The petitioner is the wife of Shanku Sah and the plan to commit robbery was hatched in the house of Shanku Sah and the alleged articles were kept by the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 22.7.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 262 of 2023.
