Patna High Court MJC No.3945 of 2024(4) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 by this Court in CWJC No. 686 of 2023. It is found from the show cause show by the Superintendent of Police that the previous investigation officer has already been removed and one S.I. of Police with 5 members, Special Investigation Team headed by S.D.P.O. Sadar-I, Bettiah was constituted for recovery of the missing person.

2. In view of such circumstances, I find that the Superintendent of Police has taken proper action for recovery of the missing man and the investigating officer along with the members of the SIT are directed to give time to time information to the petitioner about the progress of the case.

3. With the above order, the instant contempt application is disposed of.
