2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Patna vide order dated 30.09.2024 in A.B.P. No. 3537 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 10810(C) of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82971 of 2024(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present case stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial.
