JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 16-12-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition filed by the petitioners against the order dated 10.01.2017 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the 'Ld. C.A.T.') in O.A. No. 050/00005/2017 (Md. Salim Akthar Ansari vs. Union of India & Ors.) bearing CWJC No. 18951 of 2025 has already stood dismissed by this Court by a judgment dated 09.12.2025, hence nothing survives

Patna High Court CWJC No.19983 of 2025(2) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 for consideration in the present writ petition which has been filed against the order dated 08.07.2025 passed by the learned C.A.T. in R.A. No. 051/00010/2025 i.e. the review petition filed by the petitioners against the said order dated 10.01.2017, in view of the principle of doctrine of merger, thus the present writ petition be disposed off.
