2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Section 366(A) and 34 of the IPC.

4. As per prosecution case, it is a case of enticed away the daughter of the informant on the pretext of marriage.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the FIR was lodged after 11 days of the alleged occurrence and petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.633 of 2024(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 para-9 of the petition and he is in custody since 22.08.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case no. 97 of 2023.
