Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of E.C. Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a PDS dealer and has no concern with the seized rice. From the stock register and distribution register, it appears that petitioner was having no grain and as such no question of giving rice for black marketing arises.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33499 of 2018 (2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
