JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for removing encroachment from Gairmazarua Malik land situated under the Circle-Kuchaikote, District-Gopalganj, but the respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that an Encroachment Case No. 26 of 2022-23, has already been initiated by the Circle Officer, Kuchaikote, DistrictGopalganj. In such view of the matter, the parties are granted liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Kuchaikote, Gopalganj for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 26 of 2022-23.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
