Patna High Court CWJC No.18540 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners has already approached the District Magistrate, Nawada i.e. Respondent No. 3 herein by way of a representation dated 30.09.2025 (Annexure P/8), the present writ petition is disposed of directed the Respondent No. 3 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
