The instance application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Earlier the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.9.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29381 of 2022 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail.

The petitioner has not complied the order dt.
