2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- " (i) For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to execute the Deed of Lease as Registered Deed in favour of the petitioner.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate in

Patna High Court CWJC No.19177 of 2025(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/3 the nature of Certiorari for commanding the respondents not to disturb the right, title, interest of the petitioner in their property of 6 RC 17 Plot.

(iii) For further appropriate relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled on the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that primarily, it is the dispute pertaining to calculation as against the demand notice, which is said to have been raised by the Bihar State Housing Board. It has next been submitted that a detailed representation has already been filed before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna regarding final process of registration against 6RC/7, which was allotted in favour of this petitioner who is a handicapped person, but for want of appropriate calculation, the same has still not been carried out.

4. On the other hand, Bihar State Housing Board submits that the detailed representation has already been filed before the Board and the petitioner may be put at liberty to get the same adjudicated, in accordance with law by substantiating the representation with appropriate materials if any, is proposed by the petitioner along with the copy of this order.

5. Considering the stand taken by the parties, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19177 of 2025(2) dt.22-06-2026 3/3 Managing Director, the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna is directed to take final decision with regard to the grievances of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation in continuation with earlier representation dated 11.03.2025 with all other supportive materials which the petitioner proposes to file before the authorities along with a copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today.

6. It is expected that once such application is filed with the copy of this order, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna shall take final decision within the time so specified.

7. With the above observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
