The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 715 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.34689 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.
