In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 (G.R. No. 293 of 2018) registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 448, 354(B), 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no.1 & 4 have got criminal antecedent.

An allegation has been made that five persons entered into the house of the Informant, misbehaved with her and outraged her modesty.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36610 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
