2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for the following reliefs:

"(i) To issue an appropriate writ, preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent authorities to pay to the petitioner 50% of the amount of entire retiral dues of Poonam Devi (sister of the petitioner) who died in harness on 4.6.2021 while serving Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar as class-IV employee. ii) To hold and declare that the petitioner having been nominated to receive 50% amount of death-cum-retiral benefits of his sister is legally entitled to receive the same. iii) To grant any other relief(s), for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1630 of 2023 dt.11-07-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks to file representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the concerned authority and in support of his claim he must adduce all the relevant documents so that the authority concerned may take a final decision within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. The writ application stands consigned.
