Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged in his written complaint that on 06.02.2019 while he was returning from Muzaffarpur at about 6:00 PM four unknown miscreants borne on two motorcycles stopped his motorcycle and on strength of knife and pistol snatched Rs. 50,000/- from his pocket and fled away.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70312 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/3 It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession and no T.I.P. was conducted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.07.2019 and charge sheet has already been submitted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 subject to the conditions that:-

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and their absence on two consecutive dates without proper and sufficient reason the trial court will be at liberty to cancel their bail bond.

(3) If the petitioners tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that
