Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tribeniganj PS case No.214 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation of assault against the petitioner and other accused persons . There is also specific allegation of assault against this petitioner by Farsa on the head of the brother of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the injuries are simple except one injury on the head about which, opinion was kept reserved. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-Ist, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S.Case No.214 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
