In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.68 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 333 and 283 of the Indian Penal Code.

In course of investigation, the Police party has reached to Goura Chouki, where this petitioner along with other accused persons have assaulted the Police party and caused injury.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36993 of 2018(2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
