Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) and 37(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34659 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.- II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
