No. 494 of 2019 dated 03.08.2019 registered at Police Station Supaul under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, considering the nature of the offence, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. The trial is in progress and the offence is serious.

At this stage, learned counsel submits that petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70828 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 shall be content if they are permitted to withdraw the instant petition reserving liberty to file a fresh application after a period of six months.
