2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. case No. 210 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is of causing assault to the informant and others, besides the allegation of misbehaving with the family members and snatching of valuables, along with other accused persons.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that from the narrations made in the FIR it is evident that there is omnibus nature of allegation against these two petitioners. So

No.75832 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/3 far the other co-accused persons, who are facing identical accusation, they have been extended the privilege bail by a Bench of this Court. It is further contended that in fact the present case is nothing but a counter blast to Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020, which has been instituted against the husband of the informant and others. It is further contended that since the parties have compromised the matter and the petitioners being illiterate, were not aware that the matter is still pending and, as such, delay has occurred in approaching this Court. Besides the aforesaid facts, the petitioners are men of fair antecedent and they undertake that they will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the court.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Having considered the accusation against the petitioners, besides the factum of case and counter case, coupled with the fair antecedent, let the petitioners abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional

Case No. 210 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.
