Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71002 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/3 ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Udwant Nagar (G) P.s.Case No.296 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, altogether 20 accused persons including the petitioners came variously armed and on the order of the petitioner no.1 and co-accused , accused persons assaulted the informant and also assaulted Daya Sagar Yadav and Prem Sagar Yadav, who came to save him.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the FIR itself shows that there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case and all the injuries were found to be simple in nature except one injury for which opinion was kept reserved.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71002 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 3/3 Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar (G) P.S.Case No.296 of 2019 dated 26.7.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
