03-07-2018 Sri Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, has argued that in this case, driver and owner of the vehicle have already been granted regular bail. However, after some argument, he requests for disposal of the present petition so that both aforesaid petitioners may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioners namely Rakesh Sah and Chandan Sah @ Chandan Kumar appear before the court below and pray for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced
