By order dated 02.02.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.30050 of 2016, the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No.87 of 2016, however, they did not appear before the learned court below to file the bail bond.

Prayer is for extension of time to file bail bond. For substantial justice, prayer for modification is allowed and further eight weeks time is granted to furnish the bail bonds subject to condition that each of the petitioners shall

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74476 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 deposit Rs. 2,000/-(two thousands) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed off.
