The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.203 of 2017 registered under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation that the petitioner is habitually dealing in stolen property and assisting in concealment of stolen property coupled with the fact that the stolen Bolero Jeep has also been recovered from his premises, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
