The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil)P. S. Case No. 57/2018 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(A), 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
