The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the IPC and Sections 30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the confessional statement made before the police by a co-accused, there is not an iota of evidence to implicate the present petitioner.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in
