The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.99 of 2015 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2019 with observation that in case he has been granted bail in other cases pending against him, he may renew his prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been acquitted or granted bail in all other cases in which he has been made accused. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the long detention of the petitioner as an under trial prisoner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-5th, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.99 of 2015.
