That this writ application has been filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent No. 2 to consider the application filed before him and issue a direction to Respondents No. 3 and 4 to examine the case where the Dumping yard going to be constructed in the thick populated area in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17143 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 village by the Respondent No. 6 without following the law and further take action against the authority who were sanctioning the Dumping Yard in the thick populated area in the Village Hardia, Ward No. 2, Barharwa Fatei Mohammad Panchayat illegally and further direct to the Respondents No. 5 and 6 to not construct the dumping yard in the middle of the village and further for any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found deemed legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
