JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 514 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 332, 333, 188, 427, 337, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and large number of others is of creating road blockade and hindrance in smooth functioning of the traffic.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to him and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72248 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 514 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with furthr subject to the condition that petitioner shall cooperate in investigation and appear before the police as and when required.
