2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No.588 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, on the fateful day, while the informant along with his neighbour went to repair electricity connection, in the meanwhile, all the FIR named accused persons with intent to kill, attacked them due to which they sustained serious injury.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioners contended that so far the injury, which is allegedly sustained to Bir Bahadur

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75747 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/3 Kuwar is concerned, the doctor opined only swelling on arms and body pain and thus simple in nature. The injury which is sustained to the informant, has also been found to be simple in nature. One of the injured, namely, Dheeraj Kuwar, sustained grievous injury, but the same has not been attributed to the petitioners. The co-accused persons having identical allegation have been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.52907 of 2024 vide order dated 09.08.2024. The petitioners are the men of tender age having fair antecedent and they undertake that they will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the Court.

5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that because of assault being made by the petitioners and others, three persons have sustained serious injuries.

Having considered the submissions set forth by the learned Advocate for the respective parties and considering the accusation against the petitioners qua the simple nature of injury, besides their fair antecedent, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Case No.588 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.
