JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 09 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(G), 341, 323, 354(D) and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of gang rape and petitioners are said to have caught hold of her and others have committed rape. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no allegation of rape against these petitioners. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that FIR itself shows active participation of the petitioners. Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the
