The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kawakol (Rupau) PS case no. 16 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 384/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown accused persons having come at the shop of the informant, whereafter they had given a ransom note to the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no complicity in the present case and has been remanded in the present case after he was arrested in one other case bearing Kawakol (Rupau) PS case no. 53 of 2019, in which he has already been granted bail. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2019, however he was remanded in the present case on 13.08.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Nawada in connection with Kawakol (Rupau) PS case no. 16 of 2019.
