JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is regarding non-payment of the pensionary benefits on the basis of revised pay-scale of Rs. 20,950/- (Rs. 9300-34800/- Grade Pay-4200), and non-payment of the amount of group insurance as well as arrears of differential amount of salary. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a representation before the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University,

Patna High Court CWJC No.21970 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga who shall examine the case of the petitioner and dispose off his case by a reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter and in case the aforesaid amount are still outstanding for payment, the same shall be paid within a period of further six weeks therefrom. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
