JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018, dated 27.02.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 392/395 of the Indian Penal Code.

A dacoity had been committed by some unknown accused persons. During the course of investigation, one Dheeraj Kumar was arrested, who has named the petitioner and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the other accused persons of this case, under similar circumstances, have been granted anticipatory bail by

Considering the fact that the petitioner's implication in this case is only on the basis of confession and also taking into account that the petitioner does not have criminal antecedents, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
