Case No. 338 of 2017 dated 27.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 448, 323, 307, 436, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As stated in the F.I.R, because of the inter se dispute in the family, the petitioner No. 1, who happens to be the elder brother of the husband of the informant assaulted the informant and her husband. In the aforesaid act, petitioner No. 2, who is son-in-law of petitioner No. 1 also helped.
