JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 338 of 2017 dated 27.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 448, 323, 307, 436, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As stated in the F.I.R, because of the inter se dispute in the family, the petitioner No. 1, who happens to be the elder brother of the husband of the informant assaulted the informant and her husband. In the aforesaid act, petitioner No. 2, who is son-in-law of petitioner No. 1 also helped. Regard being had to the fact that there has been an old dispute between the family members and the relationship of the petitioners with the informant, the petitioners, above

Case No. 338 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
