2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that on 04.07.2024 at 3:45 PM, this petitioner and other co-accused persons, under a criminal conspiracy, got the husband of the informant killed by some unknown persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at best, petitioner is only alleged to be conspirator and has been falsely implicated in this case due to prior land dispute between the parties. Co-accused Alok Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 23.07.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 32955 of 2025. Petitioner has got clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77534 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 antecedent and is in custody since 02.07.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge - IV, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 268 of 2024.
