Mr. Raj Kishor Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-12-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the allegation against the petitioners is that due to a trivial dispute marpit took place between the parties and petitioners along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant. Two persons have been injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80210 of 2024(2) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. They have no criminal antecedent and are in judicial custody since 09.09.2024. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022.

8. This application stands allowed.
