Case No.249 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 511, 467, 468, 366-A, 323, 506 120-B Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharas. Counsel for the Informant submits that during supervision Sub-Divisional Police Officer has found involvement of only one accused, namely, Himanshu Paswan, and involvement of these petitioners have not been established. The Sessions Judge has disposed off the anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33257 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 bail application observing that petitioners have no apprehension of arrest.
In such circumstances, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable at this stage. This application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh anticipatory bail application in the event apprehension arises.
