The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 dated 22.01.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The motorcycle of the informant, which he had parked in bank premises, was stolen.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his name has transpired in the confession of a co-accused when no recovery has been made even from the possession of the aforesaid co-accused. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

For the aforestated facts, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33693 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
