2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminals have killed the deceased. It has come during the investigation that the petitioner along with other criminals had committed the murder of the deceased because the deceased owed Rs. 70,000/- to one Satish Kumar.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2025.The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77660 of 2025(5) dt.06-04-2026 2/2 the nature of the accusation and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
