This is an application for extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond in pursuance of order dated 22.03.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 631 of 2018, whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.Case No.58 of 2017.
Prayer is allowed with condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund and produce a receipt of the same at the time of furnishing bail bond within four weeks from today.
Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
