This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 15.10.2023 , passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506 and 34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i)(r)(s)/3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3 . It is alleged that all the accused persons including this petitioner abused the son -in - law of the informant by caste name and assaulted son -in - law of the informant with knife . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .

4. Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5209 of 2023(6) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
