2. This is the second attempt of the petitioners for grant of regular bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 365, 380, 427, 436, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons have entered into the house of the informant and looted gold ornaments, money and household articles from the house of the informant. They have also taken away the grand-son of the informant namely Roshan Kumar, who is still traceless.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that because of Salimpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they are in custody since 2.9.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Barh/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 163 of 2024 arising out of Salimpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through their lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioners.
