2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 863 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 413, 379, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have committed cyber fraud and seven ATM Cards have been recovered from his possession and he is in custody since 6.10.2023.

4. It has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial of the petitioner has started and out of 5 witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined.

5. Considering the fact that the trial has commenced

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81218 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 and witnesses are being examined, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
