2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 630 of 2021.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused is of killing of the informant daughter.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. Petitioner has married with one Dhirendra Kumar, husband of the deceased. There is direct allegation against the petitioner that he brutally assaulted the deceased as a result she died on 07.10.2021.

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case also there is direct allegation of assaulting the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
6. Hence, her prayer for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
7. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
