In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 622 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 188, 341, 323, 307, 332, 337, 338, 427, 441, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Damage of Public Property Act.

As per F.I.R., against the Government policy, the public had blocked the N.H.-30 at different places including at Maner. Allegation has been made against the petitioner and some other persons of leading the crowed in an aggressive manner.

No.36825 of 2018(2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Manoj Kumar Singh @ Manoj Rai, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 622 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
