2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 188 , 283 , 341 , 323 , 325 , 307, 332, 333 , 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other coaccused persons are alleged to have abused the informant and snatched his purse , driving license , identity card, photo copy of Adhar, blank cheque and cash of Rs. 2000/- . It is further alleged that all the accused persons during protest blocked the road and

Considering the nature of accusation and also the fact that these petitioners along with other accused persons hindered the police official to discharge their duty and threw brick and stone on them due to which police party sustained injury , their prayer for pre - arrest bail is rejected.
