2. The petitioner who happens to be husband of the O.P. No.2 is apprehending his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 504, 506 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the O.P. No.2 long back in the year 2014; however, on account of some matrimonial discord and family feud as also in view of the allegation that she was subjected to demand of dowry and

Taking note of the long relationship and the nature of dispute, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center pursuant to the order of this Court; however, despite sincere efforts, the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction(s) has made a proposal for one time settlement; however, the same could not be finalized. Moreover, he is ready to pay Rs.2500/- per month to the O.P. No.2, till any order is passed by a competent Civil Court.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband and the marriage of the parties was solemnized long back in the year 2014, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with following conditions:

(i) One of the bailors shall be the own/close family
