The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) (b) (c) (f), 34, 36, 41 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have no concern with the seized materials. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.
