2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have committed rape upon victim as a result of which she became pregnant. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C has categorically stated that this petitioner finding her alone in house , committed rape with her as a result of which she became pregnant. The medical board has also assessed the age of the victim between 17 to 20 years.

4. Considering the statement of the victim recorded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80007 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 under Section 164 Cr. P C and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
